Screenshots

When you request a plan, your screenshots and delivery details are sent to an external processing service. CargoCheck does not store the uploaded image files. Service providers may process and retain request data under their own terms. Avoid uploading personal information.

Saved cases

We save the text you enter, extracted panel readings, action plans, votes and follow-up comments so you can return to a case and we can improve the guidance. Saved readings can include station and line names visible in the images. Cases and comments are not published to other players.

Browser session

A first-party session cookie connects your browser to your cases for up to 30 days. The case link alone does not grant access in another browser. Clearing the cookie removes your browser’s access to its saved cases. Uploaded images are not restored when you reopen a case.

Usage analytics

If you allow usage analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits and tool events such as requests, completed plans and feedback votes. We send only the issue category and image count, not screenshots, filenames, station names, case IDs or comment text. Analytics preferences can be changed from the page footer. Advertising personalization is disabled.

Feedback

Aggregated helpful and not-helpful counts are displayed by issue type. Individual comments and plans are available to the site operator for review. Votes and comments do not automatically become game rules.
